No. Your new teeth are permanently screwed into titanium implants that fuse to your jawbone. Zirconia all-on-X is fully fixed — not a denture, not removable, not a partial. Often, yes. We've had patients come in after being told elsewhere they couldn't have implants — usually because of bone loss, long-term denture use, or complex anatomy. Our protocol is built for real-world mouths, not ideal ones. The only way to know for sure is a free 3D CT scan and consultation. In most cases, dental insurance doesn't fully cover implant-based full-mouth reconstruction — that's an industry reality, not unique to us. Some plans contribute toward pieces like extractions or imaging. Coverage varies by provider and policy; we'll review your specific plan at your consultation and apply any benefits you have. The price we quote is the same with or without insurance — we don't inflate costs around it.

Surgery is performed under local anesthesia, and IV sedation is included on every full-arch case — you'll feel deeply relaxed, and most patients have little or no memory of the procedure. If you'd rather be fully unconscious, a licensed CRNA can administer general anesthesia for a $3,000 add-on. Most patients report mild post-op discomfort easily managed with over-the-counter pain relievers.

It starts with a free consultation and 3D CT scan. Any necessary extractions and implant placement happen on the same day — you walk out that day with a fully-fixed provisional prosthesis. Implants integrate over the following months, and your final zirconia prosthesis is delivered once everything is rock-solid. From first consult to final teeth, most cases run 3–6 months.
